Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions across the United States. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with clients and candidates to fulfill technical hiring requirements within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client IT requirements and job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, visa status, and experience.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up for feedback.
• Negotiate salary/rates and manage offer discussions.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Work on various tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Handle recruitment for different visa categories including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of US IT recruitment process.
• Knowledge of US work authorizations and tax terms.
• Experience using job portals such as:
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and Boolean search techniques.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles.
