Your future role at a glance Location: Panama City, FL Facility: Ascension Sacred Heart Bay Department: Rehabilitation Services Schedule: Day Shift | Full-Time How you’ll make an impact in this role Assess patient 's ability to safely and effectively perform independent living skills. Design the appropriate plan of care, including type and frequency of treatment. Implement the treatment plan using appropriate modalities. Document findings of patient progress. Monitors and modifies the plan of care as needed. Plan and/or assist with patient discharge from therapy services and provides information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Florida Board of Occupational Therapy prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
