This full-time, onsite position focuses on empowering students across elementary to high school grades, making a positive difference in their academic and social journeys. Key Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience in school settings, with a focus on pediatrics and K-12 populations
• Strong understanding of IEP process and proficiency with documentation and progress monitoring
• Effective communicator with teachers, support staff, and families
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapy for diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services on campus
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams for IEP development and student success
• Maintain compliant and thorough documentation of services and progress reports
• Educate and assist teachers and families in carrying over strategies into the classroom and home
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development throughout the year
