Relationship Management – Senior Resource – Insurance Specialist

Our firm is seeking an experienced Relationship Management professional to drive growth and deepen client relationships across our investment platform specific to Insurance Companies.

About the Role

This is a senior role for a collaborative, disciplined individual committed to excellence, with a proven ability to cultivate institutional relationships in the insurance channel and deliver the highest level of client relationship management. You'll work closely with our investment and leadership teams to expand our presence with key allocators and their advisors globally.

Key Attributes

• 10+ years of business development, sales, or capital-formation experience within asset management or financial services
• Established relationships and lead origination with insurance companies globally, including life, P&C, reinsurers, and captive insurance
• Expertise in structuring, including capital efficient structures across NAIC and Solvency II regimes
• Demonstrated track record, with measurable results in raising assets and growing client relationships
• Expertise in one or more of the following: Emerging Markets, Fixed Income, and Private Credit
• Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to deliver the firm credibly to sophisticated investors across client channels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• MBA or CFA strongly preferred
