Construction Project Manager

Are you a seasoned project management professional passionate about leading high-impact residential and commercial construction projects? Our client, a growing construction subsidiary focused on supporting first peoples development initiatives, is looking for a hands-on Construction Project Manager to join their team.

As a key leader, you will oversee the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of residential and commercial construction projects. Your commitment to operational discipline and quality will help transform housing and construction delivery in the development community!

What You'll Do:

• Lead multiple construction projects from inception through completion ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Establish disciplined systems and processes during an early growth phase to support scalable, self-perform capabilities
• Coordinate on-site activities, managing crews and subcontractors with a hands-on leadership approach
• Utilize project scheduling and budgeting tools such as MS Project

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Community Development, Housing Development, or related field
• 3-7 years of experience managing residential/commercial construction projects
• Valid driver's license
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and residential building practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively

Preferred:

• Experience with panelized, modular, or prefabricated building systems
• Background working with Tribal, rural communities, or mission-driven organizations
• Commitment to First Peoples values and the client's mission (TERO TECRO helpful)
