Family Medicine Physician

A well-established, not-for-profit community hospital is seeking a family medicine physician (MD/DO) to join its outpatient primary care practice in Shelton, Connecticut. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity focused on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical setting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management. Providers will treat a diverse patient population across the lifespan and manage a broad range of conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and other acute and chronic illnesses.

Qualifications include an MD or DO from an accredited medical school, board certification or eligibility in family medicine, an active Connecticut medical license, and strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills.
