About the Position

Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum of 1 year of skilled home health experience License: Valid state license required Certifications: BCLS required Must-Have: OASIS experience preferred Description: Home Health RN position available. This role requires a valid state license. The shifts are 8 hours during the day; no accommodation for 4x10s or 3x12s. The nurse will work with a patient ratio of 1:1. The nurse may visit up to 6 patients per day with a productivity standard of 30 points. First-time travelers are accepted for this position. Weekend shifts are not required. The facility does not require on-call shifts. There is no need to float between units. A block schedule cannot be accommodated. Local candidates are accepted within a 50-75 mile radius. The traveler is expected to have their own transportation. The system effectively organizes client visits to minimize drive time. The facility requires primary COVID vaccination and one booster. OASIS charting experience is required. The nurse will dress in business casual attire; scrubs are allowed but not required. Charting will be done using remote client systems on a laptop and a mobile app. Only serious candidates should apply for this opportunity.
