Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support and scale operations across data center infrastructure, AI deployments, logistics, procurement, and global supply chain functions. This role will drive operational efficiency, cross-functional coordination, and process improvement in a fast-paced technology environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations across logistics, procurement, inventory, and business operations Develop and improve operational processes, SOPs, and workflows to support scalability Monitor KPIs and provide operational reporting and performance analysis Support sales operations, including quote-to-order processes, forecasting, and CRM/ERP data management Coordinate handoffs between Sales, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Project Management teams Oversee domestic and international shipments, warehouses, freight providers, and inventory accuracy Track project milestones, procurement status, logistics schedules, and operational risks Maintain project trackers and dashboards to improve visibility and execution Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and delivery commitments, and monitor vendor performance Support budgeting, invoicing, purchase orders, cost tracking, and operational reporting Identify opportunities to automate and streamline business processes Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, procurement, sales operations, or business operations Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and operational processes Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite strongly preferred) Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and project coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in data centers, AI infrastructure, telecommunications, IT services, or related industries Experience with NetSuite, Odoo, Smartsheets, or similar platforms Knowledge of international logistics, customs compliance, and global supply chains Experience working with global vendors and distributed teams Featured benefits Medical insurance, Vision insurance, Dental insurance, 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr
