As an Operations Manager at ABC, you will lead the overall operations of an ABC Facility. This includes cultivating a work environment that is intensely supportive of your team, demonstrating an unrelenting commitment to the families of ABC, and exhibiting key oversight and ownership of financial, safety, and compliance of your location. Responsibilities Metrics & Financials : Monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance. Community Engagement : Establish strong connections with families, providing education and guidance throughout the onboarding journey. Team Leadership : Attract, engage & retain 25-50 teammates who deliver on clinical excellence. Conduct performance evaluation, corrective actions and development plans. Plan monthly & quarterly team events and celebrations. Clinical Outcomes : Partner with Clinic Admissions Associate, Clinical Director and Department Leaders on operations quality. Qualifications At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team of professionals across multiple sites and/or district management. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred or considerable people management experience required. High emotional intelligence; experience working with children with developmental delays and their families. Strong professional communication style among Department Leaders. An impact player who gives an amazing experience to all teammates and families; unafraid to take initiative. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk and assume a variety of positions (bending, kneeling, squatting, crawling, crouching, climbing, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching at or above shoulder level, reaching overhead). Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to maintain near and far visual acuity. Must be physically present at assigned job location. Ability to properly wear necessary PPE. Ability to hear, understand and distinguish speech or other sounds. Exposure to moderate-to-loud noise on a frequent basis. Ability to make independent decisions and evaluate consequences. Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. Benefits Competitive pay: base salary $65,000–$85,000 per year plus potential bonus up to $18,000 monthly & quarterly. Career growth: clear pathways from OM Senior to Senior RDO.
