Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services to clients experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, which include initial intake evaluations and ongoing diagnostic assessments, to inform effective treatment planning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, solution-focused therapy, and person-centered approaches.

• Engage clients in establishing trust-based relationships, creating achievable goals, and implementing treatment strategies that facilitate meaningful life changes.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations, offering immediate therapeutic interventions and support to ensure client safety and well-being.
\n
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines, state regulations, and clinic policies to ensure accountability and transparency.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care, integrating services that promote holistic healing.

• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives and offer supervision or mentorship to clinical interns or less experienced counselors, fostering an environment of learning and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as an LPC at Willow & Bloom will primarily involve outpatient clients, ranging from adolescents to adults. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population representing varied cultural backgrounds and life experiences. This role requires sensitivity to each individual’s unique circumstances and challenges, ensuring that therapy is adapted to their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy in an outpatient or clinical setting.

• Strong clinical assessment abilities, ensuring that complex case evaluations can lead to tailored treatment strategies.

• Demonstrated understanding of ethical standards and confidentiality laws relevant to mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Willow & Bloom values your expertise and offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
