Vacancy: Spain - Sales Support Specialist (Onboarding ASAP) We are seeking an organized, proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our Spain team. Backed by a comprehensive global service and distribution network, the company supports customers across various industrial and agricultural sectors. Key Responsibilities Attend daily and pipeline meetings for the assigned region and submit daily meeting reports and weekly pipeline minutes. Follow up on support requests from sales personnel. Verify all customer entries are accurate and meet Zoomlion standards. Ensure visit records are complete and accurate. Update routine plan data in the business management table with last day customers tagged, executed, and manager comments. Ensure the team has made visit plans in a proper manner using the Tag Function for all their customers. Calculate KPIs for Sales team and Area Manager. Provide CRM system training to newly onboarded marketing staff. Coordinate with the Marketing team and IT when issues arise. Assist country managers with support and reports as needed. Transfer customer responsibility upon request of Area Manager and Country Manager. Assist sales staff in cross‑departmental communication and follow‑up on related issues until resolved. Collect market information online and produce data analysis reports. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management, administrative specialist, or similar role. Advanced level of fluency in English; Chinese is a plus. Proficient with office software and CRM. Familiarity with sales support tools and methodologies. Knowledge of sales process and procedures. Experience in web and marketing. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong written, verbal, and collaborative skills. Please provide a CV in English/Chinese.
