Job Full Opportunity Brief Title: Senior Counsel, Commercial & Legal Operations Category: Jobs Organiser: Ellucian Description: Ellucian is seeking a Senior Counsel to lead the operational strategy and infrastructure of its global Legal Department. This role involves overseeing high-impact commercial transactions for a global SaaS business, driving the adoption of legal technology, and managing regulatory, data protection, and governance risks. The position reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer and requires a strategic partner capable of modernizing legal operations through technology and process optimization. Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and maintain active membership in at least one U.S. state bar. Requirements include 8-10 years of legal experience, with significant in-house experience in commercial contracting, Intellectual Property, M&A, and corporate governance.
