As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a critical role in patient care by preparing and positioning individuals for nuclear medicine examinations. Desired Qualifications:

• ARRT (Nuclear) or NMTCB certification required
• Active, unrestricted state license or eligibility
• Proficiency in producing high-quality NM images
• Experience administering radiopharmaceuticals and operating relevant equipment
• Excellent communication skills for patient and family education
• Ability to mentor and support newer staff as a preceptor
• Commitment to patient safety standards and minimizing unnecessary radiation exposure

Responsibilities:

• Arrange patients and ensure proper preparation for NM exams
• Calibrate and operate nuclear medicine equipment according to policy
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and effectively
• Educate patients and families before and after procedures
• Contribute to departmental safety and quality improvement initiatives
• Evaluate competency of other technologists as needed
