ICC Healthcare (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking an Intensivist Medical Director to lead the ICU team at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Qualified candidates:

• Board certification in critical care (all tracks will be considered)
• TN licensure or ability to obtain
• Ability to work full time, block scheduling, 12-hour shifts, some nights required
• Medical director will hold clinical and administrative responsibilities with dedicated administrative time
• Leadership experience required for medical director position
• Broad knowledge and solid experience with all critical care patient populations including cardiac, cardiothoracic surgery, medical, and neuro
• Manage 77-bed ICU program
• 3 intensivists and 3 APPs during the day, 1 intensivist and 2 APPs at night
• Supervise and support all team intensivists and advanced practice providers
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in multidisciplinary hospital initiatives
• Develop collaborative relationships with primary and consulting physicians, facility leadership, and clinical staff
• Possess excellent communication skills with collegial teamwork focus
• Participate in teaching responsibilities with ACGME-accredited residency programs
