General ManagerOur leading fast-food franchise is looking to hire a General Manager to oversee daily operations. Our ideal candidate can lead, develop, and motivate the team; adapt to and abide by all of our policies and procedures, and provide outstanding customer service to every guest-- all while having fun!Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:A natural passion for people development and proven ability to select, develop and retain top talentLead daily operations and possess a strong business acumen to drive sales and profitabilityMaintain customer relationships and provide them with on-time service for every orderProvide personalized and friendly service to all of our guests and resolve issues as neededRestaurant General Manager Qualifications:3+ years of recent fast food General Manager experience is requiredSolid work history and progression, including no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 yearsAbility and desire to work a flexible schedule including daytime, evenings, and weekendsValid driver's license in good standing and personal vehicleRestaurant General Manager Compensation:Growth opportunities - we love to promote from within!Bonus paid quarterly- up to $8,000/yearImmediate vacation time accrualHealth, Dental, and Life InsuranceJob ID: 178141 #post Darren O'Dwyer
