Pharmacy Manager

Role Overview: The Pharmacy Manager leads a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff to deliver comprehensive patient care, including dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Provide patient-centered care, process prescriptions, and oversee immunization programs. Ensure accurate merchandise presentation, pricing, inventory, and safety compliance. Model and enforce excellent customer service standards. Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote health and engagement. Analyze reports and data to improve pharmacy performance, safety, and loss prevention. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with a valid pharmacy license. Completion of accredited immunization training. Proficiency in collaborating with patients and healthcare providers. Ability to analyze data to optimize patient outcomes and business performance. Experience managing pharmacy operations and staff.
