This role is responsible for cleaning and stocking all assigned public areas of the community while ensuring that all procedures are completed to established standards.Responsibilities Include:Checking and maintaining supply levelsComplete work orders for maintenance repairsClean assigned areas using designated checklistsEnsure cleanliness, organization, and good condition of each areaComplete paperwork as requiredOther duties as assignedCandidates Must:Have experience and knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of equipmentPossess personal values aligned with the company: excellence, professionalism, integrityHave the ability to communicate verbally and in writingHave the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervisionBe able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs. and properly handle cleaning chemicalsBenefits and Compensation:Salary commensurate with experience and qualificationsTraining and Support providedComprehensive benefits packageWork-life balanceSentry Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer
