Key Responsibilities Welcome customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly assistance. Help customers select gifts and merchandise, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Maintain organized, attractive, and seasonal product displays. Stock, replenish, and price merchandise accurately and efficiently. Assist with holiday and seasonal display setups, including Valentine’s Day, Easter, Halloween, and Christmas. Skills and Qualifications Previous retail and merchandising experience required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Dependable, friendly, and professional attitude. Ability to work well within a team and follow store policies. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Work Environment & Schedule Enjoy a supportive team that respects your work-life balance with schedules planned two weeks in advance. Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, and fun retail setting. Part-time position with shifts covering days, nights, weekends, holidays, and potential overtime. Typical retail hours: Mon-Sat 7am-7pm, Sun 9am-6pm.
