Head Soccer Coach

Candidates should possess strong Soccer Coaching and Coaching skills, including experience planning and leading training sessions. Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills to work with players, families, and club staff. Candidates should possess Football and soccer-specific knowledge, including rules, tactics, and player development principles. Candidates should possess Education-related skills, such as the ability to teach, mentor, and motivate players of different ages and abilities. Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., USSF, United Soccer Coaches) and prior experience as a head or assistant coach are highly beneficial. Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive, safe, and positive team culture, and to manage diverse groups of players. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage training schedules, match days, and club events.
