Responsibilities Include: Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) and external vendors (e.g., printers, agencies) to ensure project alignmentn Answer phones and assist customers. Document accordingly Maintain and organize marketing calendars, project plans, and asset libraries. Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing materials, including email newsletters, social media posts, blog articles, and press releases. Schedule and post content on various social media platforms, monitoring engagement and responding to comments in a timely and professional manner. Support the development of presentations, brochures, and other sales enablement materials. Assist in the setup and management of digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads). Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and inform future strategy. Assist in the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and webinars. Handle general administrative tasks to support the marketing department's daily operations. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in a marketing or administrative role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in marketing software and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing tools, social media management tools). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for marketing. Pay for this position is $25 per hour. Your final compensation will be determined by several factors, including your education, work experience, location, specific job duties, and certifications.
