What You’ll Love About This Role Competitive pay with opportunities for advancement On-site housing discount starting at 30% (and growing with tenure) Generous PTO and up to 15 paid holidays 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance Health Savings Account with company match Flexible Spending Account Ongoing training and career development What You’ll Do Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, mechanical systems, and building structures Participate in on-call for after-hours emergencies Troubleshoot and respond to service requests efficiently and professionally Inspect equipment and facilities to ensure safety and operational readiness Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies Prepare reports, logs, and service documentation Assist with renovation and construction projects as needed Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies What You’ll Bring HVAC certification required - Type 2 or EPA Universal 4+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a trade-specific role Strong knowledge of building systems, tools, and safety procedures Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in physically demanding environments Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions Excellent communication skills Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions A proactive, team-oriented mindset Additional Details High school diploma or GED required Work may be performed on rooftops and require use of ladders or lift devices Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions Nolan Living is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer Background check and E-Verify required #J-18808-Ljbffr HOUSTON APARTMENT FOUNDATION
