We are looking for a dependable Part-Time Motor Vehicle Services Representative to support the daily administrative and front-office operations of a local busy car dealership!

Part Time DMV Clerk Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $19.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Tuesday through Saturday from 09:00am to 02:00pm)

• Process and file DMV paperwork accurately and on time
• Manage purchase orders and related documentation
• Handle cash transactions, credit card receipts, and prepare deposits
• Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
• Assist with general office duties, including uploading auction photos as needed

Part Time DMV Clerk Qualifications:

• Knowledge of DMV title and registration processing or filing required
• Previous 1+ years of clerical or office experience required
• Comfortable with cash handling and financial paperwork
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office systems such as multiline phones
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Great customer service skills
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Willing to work part time schedule, long-term: T-F: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM, S: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
