While the work is demanding, we embrace it with passion, turning obstacles into opportunities to grow and excel.ALL ABOUT UPTIME!Position Summary:Class A CDL HazMat Driver to transport and deliver petroleum products up to and including 105,500 lb. loads to specified destinations. Support the Key Customer Requirements of Tyree Oil: Safety, Quality, Dependability, Hospitality, Integrity, Accuracy, Cleanliness, and Value.Key Responsibilities:Ensure that the correct product and quantity is being loaded in the correct compartment of the trailer at the tank farm.Process all tank farm paperwork in accordance with Company procedures and standards.Utilize the shortest and safest routes to the delivery destinations.Check customer tanks to verify what products are held.Stick each tank and record beginning inches before delivery.Complete customer invoice with the correct amount of fuel delivered, price, and amount due for that delivery.Maintain the appearance of the truck and trailer, inside and out.Maintain truck inventory items, including spill pads, metal bucket, flags, and correct nozzles.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications and Core Competencies:Minimum Experience : 2+ years operating CDL HazMat-licensed vehicles / performing driver duties in adverse to extreme weather conditions.CDL Requirements: Class A with Tanker and HazMat Endorsements; no Air Brake or Automatic Transmission restrictions.Education: High School Diploma or GED.Preferred Qualifications:Strong computer and device skills across common office and industry platformsExperience with ExxonMobil lubricant products a plusCurrent MSHA 46/48 credentialsSmith System Driving CertificateCurrent CPR / AED / First Aid certificationExperience as an official PIC (Person In Charge) for over-the-water product transfersTWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)eRailSafe certifiedOther Requirements:Driving-Dependent Position: YesProfessional license or registration: Yes – DOT Medical Card, TWIC Card, and safety certifications as requiredPost-offer background check required: YesPost-offer drug test required: YesDOT Covered: YesPost-offer physical / functional test required: NoSafety-Sensitive Position: YesIn a safety-sensitive job, drug or alcohol impairment could result in significant injury to the employee and others in the area.
