This role is responsible for accurately preparing and submitting all automotive tax, title, and registration documentation. Job Details Position Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $22.00 – $28.00 / hour (Based on Experience) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Baton Rouge, LA (70816) Key Responsibilities Prepare, verify, and submit tax, title, and registration paperwork to the DMV or local tag agencies for new and used vehicles. Review sales contracts, odometer statements, and application forms for complete accuracy before processing. Manage out-of-state title processing, certificates of origin, and dealer-to-dealer vehicle transfers. Maintain meticulous digital and physical records for all vehicle title transactions. Provide clear, helpful customer service regarding title status updates and documentation needs. Quickly adapt to new operational processes and title software systems. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience directly handling automotive tag and title work (Required). Strong computer proficiency with the ability to multitask effectively under high-volume workloads. Background in auto finance or dealership office administration is highly preferred. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and precision in record-keeping. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
