We are seeking a licensed and experienced Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has 2 to 3 years of experience in property, casualty, and life insurance, is self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
This role is perfect for someone who is driven to succeed, values integrity, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service while building long-term client relationships. Our agency is looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great sales opportunity. Great earnings with future long term career advancement available. As an Insurance Sales Representative you will make outbound calls to generate appointments and market a wide range of insurance products and services. Responsibilities- Sell and service personal lines insurance policies including Home, Auto, Renters, Umbrella, and Life
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing clients
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Maintain accurate documentation and policy records
- Follow up on leads and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales and retention goals
- Active Property & Casualty License (required)
- Active Life Insurance License (required)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in insurance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and confident phone presence
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willing and able to work in-office
