Account Executive – Seattle North Territory

Every vacant apartment costs money. At Alliance Flooring, we help property management companies/owners turn units faster through responsive service, quality installation, and competitive pricing. We're looking for a motivated Account Executive to step into an established Seattle North Territory with existing relationships and significant opportunity for continued growth.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new business within the Multifamily housing market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Visit properties, identify opportunities, and provide flooring solutions
- Prepare estimates and proposals using company technology and sales tools
- Achieve and exceed sales and margin goals
What We're Looking For
- Outside sales or account management experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive, "hunter" mentality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flooring experience is a plus, but not required
