Lead Customer Advocacy Manager, APJ (Fully Remote)

- This role celebrates customers and spotlights their achievements, turning GitLab's most successful customers into visible champions.
- You will own the customer advocacy lifecycle and partner closely with APJ sales, marketing, and global teams.
What You'll Do:
- Build and nurture relationships with customer advocates and identify opportunities for references, case studies, events, and executive engagements.
- Define and track program measures including advocacy participation, reference fulfillment, and pipeline influence.
- Tailor engagement to APJ's diverse markets while creating programs that scale with global priorities.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience with customer advocacy, customer marketing, or customer reference programs in enterprise technology or SaaS.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Comfort working autonomously and asynchronously in a fully remote environment.
