Project Architect - Transit and Infrastructure

Location : New York, NY
Salary : $80,000 to $115,000 per year

Job Description :

We're partnering with a respected New York architecture firm known for its civic impact to find a Project Architect for their transit and infrastructure studio. This team leads complex public projects that shape the city's urban fabric-from transit hubs to large-scale infrastructure.

The selected candidate will lead projects from concept through construction, overseeing documentation and coordination across all phases. This is a hands-on leadership role within a collaborative and socially conscious design environment.

The requirements of the role are :

• 7-10 years of relevant architectural experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Prior experience with transit or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and administration
• Team leadership and consultant coordination experience
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualization tools such as Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape, or Rhino
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
