COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL

This is a performance-driven pay plan designed to reward top performers.

EXPECTED YEARLY INCOME: $95,000 $145,000+ PER YEAR

Top luxury-brand service advisors regularly exceed six figures, especially within Mercedes-Benz environments. Industry averages in Maryland luxury dealerships range from approximately $74,000 $100,000+, and this opportunity is positioned significantly ABOVE market compensation levels for qualified performers.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and assist luxury automotive service customers
• Write repair orders accurately and professionally
• Schedule service appointments
• Communicate repairs, maintenance, and recommendations clearly
• Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction scores
• Coordinate with technicians and parts departments
• Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status
• Deliver a premium Mercedes-Benz ownership experience
• Build long-term customer relationships

MANDATORY TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

All new hires are required to complete all scheduled training in full.

Requirements include:

• 100% attendance mandatory
• No late arrivals
• No early departures
• No missed sessions
• Training is paid and professionally structured

Failure to complete required training may result in disqualification.
