Concrete Foreman

About the Position We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Concrete Laborer to join our team. This is a hands-on position working alongside experienced concrete crews to complete residential and commercial concrete projects. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, works well with others, is willing to learn, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. Concrete experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Assist with concrete preparation, placement, finishing, and cleanup Help prepare job sites, forms, subgrade, and materials Load, unload, and move concrete materials and equipment Assist concrete finishers and other crew members as needed Use hand tools and basic construction equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Work efficiently as part of a team Perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods Perform other duties as assigned by the crew leader or supervisor Qualifications Reliable and dependable Strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to learn new skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Able to follow directions and take constructive feedback Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to perform physically demanding work Previous construction or concrete experience is preferred but not required Valid driver's license is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay Full-time, steady work Opportunities to learn and advance within the company Overtime opportunities when available A team-oriented work environment Training for candidates who are motivated to learn and grow The Right Candidate We are looking for someone who shows up, works hard, works well with others, and wants to learn.
