About the Position

Job Title: Cath Lab RN Profession: RN Registered / Licensed Specialty: Inpatient Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 1 year of ICU/CCU/ER or previous Cath Lab/EP Lab experience preferred License: RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact Certifications: - ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support or equivalent - BLS - Basic Life Support or equivalent Must-Have: - Ability to communicate and understand verbal and written English - Positive attitude Description: Functions under the direction of the Site Manager. Responsible for performing a wide variety of clinical procedures requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in utilizing equipment for diagnosis and/or treatment. Builds a culture of trust and engagement as reflected in Trust Index Surveys. Holds leaders accountable for behaviors that create trust and engagement. Performs all duties in a manner that reflects organizational values. Maintains and strengthens relationships with physicians, ensuring their involvement in the growth of services and delivery of quality patient care. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies, standards of work, and code of conduct. Must display a positive attitude and engage with patients and employees effectively. On-call requirements include approximately 10 shifts per month. Holiday and weekend on-call coverage may be required. Special skills include experience in Cath Lab, Vascular, and Electrophysiology.
