RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet or exceed dealership sales goals and performance targets Complete all sales paperwork accurately and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures Utilize dealership CRM and sales follow-up systems effectively Participate in required product knowledge and sales training sessionsAttend all sales meetings as scheduled Conduct business in a professional, ethical, and enthusiastic manner Greet customers promptly in the showroom or on the lot and provide assistance as needed Conduct vehicle demonstrations and offer test drives following dealership procedures, including proper customer identification verification Clearly present vehicle features, benefits, and available optional equipment Maintain consistent follow-up with all prospects and customers to build relationships and close sales Communicate regularly with the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, and performance results Perform additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
