OSI Optoelectronics has a summer internship opportunity for a college student pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Administration, International Business, Political Science, Supply Chain Management or related field to support the Trade Compliance department. The selected candidate will have a solid academic background, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic industry. Responsibilities With the guidance and support of our Trade Compliance team, the intern will have the opportunity to provide analytical and administrative support for the Trade Compliance Program and ensure the business stays compliant with international trade regulations, including import and export controls, customs laws, and sanctions. They will also assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Trade Compliance policies and procedures. Must also: Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork. Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct. Qualifications Qualifying individuals must be enrolled in college during the 2026 academic school year and be in good standing. Must be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, International Business, Political Science, Supply Chain Management or related field. Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint desired. Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time management and prioritization skills are essential, with the ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic environment. Must be a team player. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations. Base salary is one component of your total rewards package. You may be eligible for long-term incentives, potential discretionary bonuses, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discounted rate through the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
