- Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, based on physician orders.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during all imaging procedures.
- Accurately position patients and choose appropriate imaging techniques for the best outcomes.
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment in compliance with safety guidelines.
- Assess and confirm the quality and precision of imaging results.
- Certification in Radiography from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Connecticut state licensure or the ability to obtain it.
- Previous experience as a Radiologic Technologist is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of radiologic safety practices and procedures.
