Your duties will include preparing surfaces, mixing paints, applying paint using various techniques, and ensuring a high-quality finish.Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare paint equipment and suppliesClean and maintain paint booth and work areaPrepare materials, products, and metals for paintingFollow established processes and procedures for paint productionPosition products and materials for efficient paintingPrepare and monitor paint solutions to ensure consistency and qualityRefinish, repaint, and rework painted surfaces to correct defectsApply paint using various techniques, including electrostatic air spraying and hand sprayingEnsure accurate and consistent color matching and applicationMonitor paint application to maintain quality standardsMove trailers and parts to and from the paint area as neededMaintain a clean and safe work environmentFollow all safety rules and regulationsOther duties, as assigned.Qualifications0-1 year of experience in a production painting environmentProficiency in using electrostatic air sprayers and other hand sprayersKnowledge of paint mixing, application techniques, and color matchingAbility to follow detailed instructions and work independentlyStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
