Entry Level Sales Representative

Royalty Executives Inc. is expanding our sales and marketing team in Mount Vernon and looking for motivated professionals ready to build experience in sales, customer acquisition, retail marketing, and business development.

In this role, you’ll represent leading energy service providers through face-to-face promotional campaigns inside established retail locations. Rather than cold calling or sitting behind a desk, you’ll work directly with customers, explain available energy services and promotions, answer questions, and help customers select solutions that fit their needs.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into sales, strengthen their communication skills, and gain hands-on experience in a performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers face to face inside retail locations
• Represent energy service providers through in-store sales and promotional campaigns
• Present available plans, pricing, promotions, and service benefits
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Answer questions and confidently guide customers through the sales process
• Develop skills in sales presentations, customer acquisition, negotiation, and relationship building
• Work alongside a competitive, team-oriented sales organization
• Track personal sales performance and work toward individual and team goals

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive hourly base pay
• Commission and performance bonuses

• Monday through Friday
• No weekends required

What We’re Looking For

You do not need years of sales experience to be successful here. We’re looking for individuals who are competitive, coachable, personable, and motivated by measurable goals.

Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, marketing, athletics, or other customer-facing environments is helpful, but not required.
