Youll design and deliver *evidence-based, individualized treatment plans*, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and promote skills for real-life success at home, school, and in the community. *What Youll Do:* * Conduct comprehensive evaluations and set functional goals * Develop and implement customized treatment plans using diverse therapy techniques * Educate and support families with tools for long-term progress * Monitor and adjust plans to ensure meaningful outcomes * Supervise COTAs and mentor OT students (with support) * Collaborate with SLPs, ABA therapists, educators, and families * Maintain organized and timely documentation * Stay current with OT best practices and research *What Were Looking For:* * *OTR/L in the state of Utah (or eligible)* * Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy * Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills * New grads welcome!
