Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview At Scentral Zone, we develop and manufacture clean, all-natural skincare and self-care products designed to help our customers look and feel their best. We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand and most importantly, drive sales through our website. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads to increase qualified website traffic, conversions, and revenue. You’ll use performance data and analytics to identify opportunities, test and refine campaigns, and continually improve results. You’ll also help manage our organic social media presence and create engaging content that builds brand awareness and supports online sales. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and highly focused on results, with hands-on experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns and a strong understanding of e-commerce marketing. You should be comfortable working with data, managing advertising budgets, testing new strategies, and adapting campaigns based on performance. RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Advertising & Analytics Develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta to drive website traffic, conversions, and sales. Manage advertising budgets and continually optimize campaigns to improve return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and overall revenue. Analyze campaign and website performance to identify opportunities for growth, test new strategies and creative, and make data-driven decisions that increase online sales. Track and report key performance metrics, with a strong focus on revenue, conversions, ROAS, and other KPIs that measure the effectiveness of paid advertising. Social Media Management Assist in brainstorming and planning content for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) Post and schedule content in accordance with the content calendar Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages to foster community interaction Influencer Management Use influencer platforms to build and manage multiple influencer campaigns aligned with brand goals and creative direction Identify and collaborate with content creators who align with our target audience, brand, and content quality standards Maintain professional communication with creators, provide timely feedback, and manage payments Market Research & Strategy Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, platform algorithms, and target audience insights Contribute ideas to team brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings Writing & Communication Write regular blog posts that announce new products, highlight ingredients, and provide education to our customers Write engaging captions for social media posts and ads that align with our brand voice and values Optimize website content with strong SEO practices across product pages, and blog content to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic Creative & Administrative Support Help coordinate and assist in product photo shoots Perform administrative tasks to support the marketing department as needed Assist in minor video editing and filming for social media content QUALIFICATIONS 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative, innovative, and data-driven SKILLS Experience with Shopify is a plus Proficiency in social media management tools for scheduling, monitoring, and analyzing content performance Skilled in leveraging analytics tools to track key performance metrics, assess campaign effectiveness, and refine strategies for continuous improvement Basic understanding of digital advertising metrics Able to adhere to brand guidelines Thrives on the growth and success of the team and brand Works well in a small, dynamic team-oriented environment WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT HERE Real ownership, your ideas shape how we grow, not just how we execute A mission-driven, women-owned brand built on clean, honest products Opportunity to test and experience our aromatherapy, clean beauty, and wellness products firsthand A tight-knit team where your work is seen and valued Room to grow as we grow A family-first culture that respects your time outside of work BENEFITS Health insurance reimbursement Health savings account Paid time off Paid holidays Employee discount One work-from-home day per week Salary range (depending on experience): $58-65K per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
