Program Operations Manager

DGS Office of External Affairs

The Program Operations Manager oversees fiscal activities, federal and state monitoring, procurement, travel, and data systems for the Indiana Department of Workforce Development's Talent Development team, with primary focus on WIOA Title II federal requirements. The role supervises operational staff and leads on state and federal policy implementation while managing budgets, compliance, and employee development to support Indiana's workforce initiatives. Key qualifications Technical reading comprehension specific to federal policy and regulation Exceptional organizational skills related to project management and reporting Attention to detail specific to budgeting and analysis Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with ability to coordinate multiple activities across teams Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook 9+ years of experience in a similar operations or program management role #J-18808-Ljbffr DGS Office of External Affairs
