The Position As a Marketing & Communications Associate, you’ll support live outreach campaigns and work directly with members of the public to help increase awareness and engagement for nonprofit initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role combining communication, marketing, customer interaction, and sales within a collaborative team setting. What You’ll Be Responsible For Representing nonprofit campaigns professionally during in-person outreach initiatives Engaging with members of the public and communicating campaign messaging clearly Supporting campaign performance goals and daily outreach targets Assisting with registrations, customer interactions, and general campaign coordination Participating in ongoing coaching, workshops, and team development sessions Working alongside experienced team leaders in a structured, growth‑focused environment The Kind Of Person Who Fits Well Here We’re looking for individuals who: Communicate confidently and professionally Work well within team environments Value consistency, accountability, and personal growth Are comfortable in fast-paced, public-facing roles Want hands‑on experience rather than routine desk work Are motivated by performance and long-term development opportunities Previous experience in customer service, communications, hospitality, sales, retail, sports, or leadership environments can be beneficial, but it is not required.
