Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist with 2+ years of cath lab experience and required RT or RCIS licensure for a role supporting a 24/7 cath lab.

Details

• Cardiac Cath Lab unit setting
• Monday-Friday day shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Shared on-call coverage required for 24/7 cath lab, approximately 10-11 call shifts per month including rotating weekends
• Operates diagnostic imaging equipment during procedures
• Performs scrub tech duties assisting cardiologists and vascular surgeons
• Performs hemodynamic monitoring and procedure documentation
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• MIRT license required, and RT or RCIS license required (license required if applicable)
• Current ACLS and CPR-AHA certification
• Minimum 2 years of cardiac cath lab experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Specific cath lab experience required

Additional Information

• Requires proof of application for temporary NH license at time of consideration if a license has never previously been held
• Candidates must complete a 6-month break between any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility assignments (travel, perm, or per diem) before returning
• Required vaccinations include COVID (plus booster) and Flu, with medical exemptions allowed
• First-time travelers will be considered
• Local candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis for hard-to-fill positions
• Radius rule of 50 miles applies
