Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment and systems. Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns. Present recommendations for system repairs, replacements, and upgrades that provide value to customers. Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Educate customers on proper system operation, maintenance, and energy-saving practices. Participate in company and manufacturer training programs. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing. Ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces. Manual dexterity and physical stamina required for daily service work. Qualifications: HVAC degree, certification, or equivalent residential HVAC service experience. Strong diagnostic and repair skills for residential heating and cooling systems. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely operate and handle HVAC tools and equipment. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
