Required Qualifications: * Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process * Board Certification or board eligibility in OB/GYN * Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start The salary range for New York residents is $278,500 to $484,50 0 p er year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
