Full-Time opening to join an 800+ provider multi-specialty practice with a dedicated General Surgery division

Sharp Rees- Stealy Medical Group (SRSMG) is seeking a Fellowship-trained breast surgical oncologist to join our expanding multidisciplinary breast program. The incoming surgeon will join two other breast surgeons within a collaborative group that emphasizes quality, innovation, and coordinated care across specialties. Work closely with dedicated breast radiologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, breast pathologists, plastic surgeons, genetic counselors, nurse navigators as part of a fully integrated breast program. Strong institutional commitment to multidisciplinary care, clinical research participation, and evidence-based pathways. Access to comprehensive resources, including dedicated nurse navigators, survivorship programs and robust support services. • Salary Range: $391,428.96-550K+- Salary includes productivity/bonuses. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans. More information is discussed during the recruitment process.

• Division sees over 300 new breast cancer patients annually
• Clinical based with dedicated surgery time
• Full day of clinic = average 10-14 patients
• Full days of OR with dedicated block time
• Average cases/week: 4-8
• Work alongside reconstructive surgeons with excellent coordination of care
• Dedicated breast radiologists and wireless localization technology
