Job Description

CAP Productions is currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time position perfect for those who are looking to kick start their career in customer service.

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of CAP Productions by ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and maintaining the professional integrity of our service standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your communication and problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment. A contribution to our team means you'll be aiding our efforts to enhance experiences, provide solutions, and drive our company’s success in the industry.

Duties and Responsibilities

Answer and efficiently manage all customer inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers to assist them with their needs.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistencies in service and collective improvement on customer feedback.
Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge for better service delivery.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to better assist customers with inquiries and troubleshooting.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Customer-oriented and passionate about helping others.
Willingness to learn about and understand CAP Productions’ services and policies.
Flexibility to work in shifts as required by the company.

We also offer a sign-on bonus ranging from $500 to $1000 in accordance with company policy, designed to welcome new members to our growing team.
