Requirements Proven experience as a Speech Language Pathologist Graduate of a master’s level program in Speech Language Pathology accredited by Education Standards Board or meeting ASHA certification requirements. Independent decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families. At least 2 years of SLP experience. Responsibilities Provide therapy to maximize speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities, helping patients recover and feel better. Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and posting charges daily to patient records. Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements. Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws.
