About This Opportunity: CareATC is currently looking for an experienced Physician Assistant that will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient care. The CareATC approach to is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support and ongoing education. The Family Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with the clinic staff to provide high quality, comprehensive primary care.

CareATC has a Primary Care Physician Assistant opening in Charlottesville, VA

• Work Schedule: Clinic-based, 40 hours per week.
• No Medicare/Medicaid billing required.
• Clinic services and medications are low-to-no-cost to patients.
• Average 2-2.5 patients per hour
• No on-call

Compensation & Clinical Schedule:

• Predictable Hours: Monday through Friday schedule with a shared weekend rotation limited to two Saturday half-days monthly. No nights or walk-ins.
• Annual Compensation: Base salary starting at , commensurate with experience.
