Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT)

LOCATION: Denver, CO

JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a collaborative healthcare team dedicated to helping individuals move better, feel better, and achieve lasting results. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a key role in evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and guiding them through their rehabilitation journey. You'll work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care while contributing to a positive patient experience and a strong clinic culture.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and functional conditions
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans designed to achieve optimal outcomes
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including completion of treatment notes and patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and support patient progress
• Identify when additional diagnostic testing or specialist consultation may be beneficial and facilitate appropriate referrals
• Mentor and support Physical Therapist Assistants as needed
• Participate in community outreach, educational events, and relationship-building activities that support clinic growth
• Maintain licensure and complete continuing education requirements to stay current with best practices

What We're Looking For

• Current Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Experience treating personal injury patients is a plus.
• Strong hands-on treatment skills and clinical reasoning abilities.
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercise progression and functional rehabilitation techniques.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a positive team environment.
