Ring Cell- Machinist

? Location: Landisville, PA
? Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: Mon-Thu, 3:00 PM-1:30 AM

• 3rd Shift: Mon-Thu, 8:00 PM-6:30 AM
  ? 40 hours/week
  ? Employment through Partners Personnel

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment: hone, Koyo, centerless grind, CNC drill.
  
  
• Perform mechanical inspections and magnet adjustments to meet tight tolerances.
  
  
• Interpret blueprints and customer specifications (GD&T).
  
  
• Maintain equipment and cleanliness of work area.
  
  
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to resolve production issues.
  
  
• Mentor Level 1 machinists and document setup procedures.
  
  
• Assist with machine repair and perform root cause analysis as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
  
• Minimum 2 years machining experience.
  
  
• Ability to maintain tolerances below .0005".
  
  
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills.

• Expert-level operation and troubleshooting of hone, Koyo, centerless grind, CNC drill.
  
  
• Train and mentor all levels of machinists and operators.
  
  
• Lead process improvements and standard work documentation.
  
  
• Perform full mechanical and quality troubleshooting.
  
  
• Assist in CNC programming and advanced setup (preferred).
  
  
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years machining experience, with leadership experience.

• Expertise in achieving tight tolerances below .0005".

• Proficient in CNC setup and interpreting blueprints (GD&T).

• Demonstrated ability to train and lead others effectively.
