Manufacturing Supervisor – 2nd ShiftThe Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee our 2nd shift powder coat paint line, welding and fabrication teams. They will ensure the production of company products at the highest quality at the lowest possible cost, meeting company performance standards and customer specifications and delivery requirement, in accordance with company policies and procedures.Your responsibilities include prioritizing, scheduling, and delegating work assignments; establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet production schedules; interpreting specifications, blueprints, and job orders to associates and assign duties; acting as a technical resource to address and resolve inquiries and problems; documenting and assuring compliance with all safety, HR policy, and reporting requirements; coaching employees, managing performance and creating a culture of high engagement.Your qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of degree; minimum of two years of experience leading or supervising teams in manufacturing environment including accountability or input into hiring and termination decisions; strong interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively manage a team of 20 employee owners; good organizational and time management skills; proficiency in MS Office (word, excel, etc.); experience with Epicor or other ERP system (e.g. SAP).Headquartered in Waukesha, Wisconsin, Wildeck is a subsidiary of Holden Industries, and is a 100% employee-owned company.
